Listen To FOUR Tracks Off Ariana's Sophomore Album!
Ariana's highly-anticipated sophomore album My Everything is only TWO days away from its release! I don't know about you, but I am SO excited for her new music. Her singles Problem, Break Free, and Best Mistakes have sky-rocketed on the iTunes charts and for very good reason. The singer had multiple tunes on the Top 10 chart - how amazing is that?! Ari's set to perform "Bang Bang" tomorrow night on the VMAs with Jessie J and Nicki Minaj. Make sure to tune in! With the release of the album being so close, Ari's been teasing fans with sneak peeks of all her new songs. She's been posting clips on her Instagram account (@arianagrande) but she also premiered four tracks on MTV! Those tracks include "Love Me Harder" ft. The Weeknd, "Be My Baby," ft. Cashmere Cat, "A Little Bit Of Your Heart" (written by 1D's Harry Styles btw), and "Why Try." Honestly, I'm obsessed with ALL of them. Take a listen here:

Fifth Harmony- Live At IZOD Center 8/20
Hey, guys! I know I've been away from my blog for the past two months (busy, busy summer!) but I just went to the Austin Mahone tour last night in NJ (at the IZOD Center) and figured I'd make my comeback by writing about the concert! To be honest, I was most excited to watch Fifth Harmony take the stage. Pretty big harmonizer over here. Anyways, the girls SLAYED! I mean, they're new music is seriously amazing! I actually got to hear their new material a few months ago at their album listening party in NYC and was hooked ever since. They vamped up their old songs like "Miss Movin On" (which has an awesome new intro to it), "Better Together," and "Me & My Girls" which turned into a mashup of their new single, BO$$! SO, SO good. Of course, I recorded most of the songs so that I could share it with the rest of the harmonizers! You can check out my YouTube channel for all the full-length vids - I'll even post some below! Performance-wise, these girls know how to rock the stage and interact with all of the fans. I wish I had a better camera though, (iPhones can only do so much, ya know?) so I definitely need to invest in one. If you know any brands or have any suggestions, please let me know! My favorite performance was "Going Nowhere", I think that song is such a radio-ready single!
After Fifth Harmony, British cuties The Vamps, took the stage! They had the whole arena dancing and singing along - it was so much fun to watch! Brad was definitely channeling 1D's Harry Styles with his messy hair and bandana but UGH, he is so adorable! 5H and The Vamps even took the stage together recently to sing "Somebody To You" (watch it here) and as much as I'd hoped they'd do it again in Jersey, they didn't :( Overall, it was such a great show! Check out the pics and vids down below!
I also have tons of great pics and videos on my Instagram account (solely dedicated to concert videos - YAY!) Follow me at @vsconcerts. Thank you guys for showing so much love on it!! :)

Alex & Sierra: Live At The NY Seaport!
Where do I even begin? This talented duo is the epitome of true musicianship! Ya'll may or may not already know this but I'm currently an editorial intern at Popstar! Magazine so I got the chance to sit down and talk to these two before their New York hangout! It was such a blast to hear them talk about their new single, Scarecrow, and hear the influences behind their upcoming debut album. These two are seriously the sweetest people in the music biz - I kid you not! I think I spent around ten minutes with them and I already felt like I was one of their best friends! P.S they're probably one of the most good looking couples I've ever been around. I mean, really, I've been in love with THEIR love since their X Factor audition! But no worries, I think I managed to keep my cool during the interview! ;) I'm currently editing the interview video (I'll be posting it on Popstar!'s YouTube channel) but I'll try to update this post with the video as soon as I possibly can for you guys! Until then, I've uploaded some fun videos of their performance so check it out! Stay tuned for more information on their upcoming album!
Thanks for the love, A&S! ♡

Nina Nesbitt: Live In Central Park!

Let me start off by saying that I absolutely LOVE when artists do free meet-ups/concerts for their fans. I feel like it's such an awesome bonding experience - for the fans and for the artist! Even if there's a pretty big crowd, the performance still feels intimate - does that make sense? The most recent musician to do this was the insanely talented 19-year-old (I know, NINETEEN!) Scottish singer/songwriter, Nina Nesbitt. She was in New York City to be a part of Scotland Week! The spring weather was absolutely beautiful - making it the most perfect Sunday to listen to some great music outdoors. If you haven't heard of her, please do yourself a favor and look her up! Trust me, your ears will thank you! I took my friend along with me and she became a "nesbian" right after the first song. It's so exciting to see the power of music and how it spreads among people, connecting everyone! Nina's got this indie folk/rock/pop vibe to her (it makes sense once you listen to her). Her single, "Stay Out" became her first top 40 hit, peaking at #21 on the UK charts! She's definitely making way in the US, she even performed at this year's SXSW! P.S She brought in a pretty huge crowd to hear her sing at the Bethesda Fountain in Central Park! I mean, I'd call that a huge success. You can follow her on Twitter (@ninanesbitt) and Instagram (@ninanesbitt) where she posts some pretty awesome pictures from her travels, music, day to day life, etc! After her performance, Nina stuck around and took pictures/signed autographs for every fan that was there for her. Um, how freaking sweet/amazing is that?! It's so refreshing to see an artist genuinely love their fans! She was incredibly sweet - and gorgeous in person! She signed some phone cases, albums, t-shirts, and even someone's arm! All in all, she's a great performer and I'm excited to see her do big things. Check out the pics/footage!P.S, for all you foodies out there, after a walk in Central Park, nothing beats getting macarons from MacarOn Cafe on W 36th! It's a must-have, so be sure to get out there and get some!

Cassie Steele - Live At The Bowery Electric!
If Cassie Steele isn't on your radar, you're doing it wrong. The Degrassi/L.A Complex alum is about to take the music industry by storm - so prop up your feet, sit back, and watch the magic happen! I always knew Cassie dabbled in music but I didn't know how insanely talented she really is until recently. She held a free acoustic show at The Bowery Electric in NYC last Friday, (4/4/14) and even though the show was 21+, I might've snuck in with the help of my big sis' ID. Oops, should I be telling everyone this?! Anyways, I'm so glad I got in because, to put it simply, Cassie slayed. She sang four songs (three of which will be featured in an upcoming EP - yay!) and I've got it all for you right here! Her vocals are going to blow you away. This girl's got it, it's just a matter of time before her music blows up! After the performance, she hung around to talk and take pics with fans. It was really refreshing to see how genuinely nice she is - I'm definitely rooting for her to succeed in the music biz! American Idol's Randy Jackson has signed her and big things are on the way! Her upcoming EP will feature 'Power', 'Bad Things' and her recently released (and insanely catchy) single, 'Mad'. Fingers crossed that a mini tour will accompany that EP release because I'd love to see her back on stage! Check out some of the cool concert footage I managed to get - and take a look at some pics of some of the press Cassie did in NY over the past week! ♡
Here's the lyric video to her single, 'Mad' available for purchase here on iTunes!
